If you contact KEMS by email or submit the website contact form, KEMS may receive the contact details and message content you provide. The form is delivered using Zoho Forms, so information submitted through it is also processed through that service. Provide only the information needed for the enquiry and do not submit passwords, access tokens, confidential production data or special-category personal information through the public website.

How enquiry information is used

Information supplied through the contact routes is used to understand and respond to the enquiry, arrange a requested demonstration, provide support or discuss a potential business relationship. It may also be retained where reasonably necessary to maintain correspondence records, protect the website and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

Website and third-party services

The website may generate ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information and request time, through its hosting and delivery services.
